Honey Grilled Peaches with Chocolate Drizzle

We teamed up with our friends at Serra to put together this amazing summer dessert recipe. Perfect for small group entertaining or enjoying all your own! 

Ingredients:

  • 2-4 peaches

  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tbsp Potli Honey

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 bar of Serra x Woodblock Chocolate, roughly chopped

Directions:

  1. Halve peaches, brush generously with 1 tbsp of olive oil, and grill on for about 3-4 minutes. Immediately brush with 1 tbsp of honey, add a pinch of salt, and set aside.

  2. In a small bowl, place 1/2 bar of roughly chopped chocolate and microwave for 40 seconds until melted, pausing at the halfway mark to stir.

  3. In your serving bowl, place two grilled peaches, drizzle with melted chocolate, and add scoops of vanilla ice-cream.
